pinkymummy: my dressing was removed 1 week after the C-section by my gynae. She just told me to be careful when showering / bathing. No scrubbing at that area . I dunno why your gynae din remove it for you. By right, it's safer for them to remove the dressing.

I started feeling that too... my doc says it might be braxton hicks. BTW, your baby is big. Mine's ony 2.4kg @ 35 weeks. :S
