Is it heartburn during the first trimester normal

Yes, it is normal.
Having heartburn throughout your pregnancy is normal but some people experience less of it.

I have this heartburn too. Hot Milo or cereal helps! I have that everynig when I have that heartburn feeling or gastric pain
