1. Finance and Admin Manager
--------------------------------
Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Head of Operations and take charge of the Finance and Administration Dept of the Company. Your duties will be as follows:
• Handle full set of accounts, manage daily financial functions, including month end closing, preparation of statutory and management reporting, preparation of GST filing, payments, credit control and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance of group accounting policies and to review and implement effective financial systems,
controls and work processes
• Liase with auditors, tax consultants and bankers
• Oversee the operations of the admininstration section, which include leading and facilitating the admin
staff to address challenging operational issues
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance and admin policies and procedures
• Supervise a team of accounting and admin staff

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of finance and accounting related modules of SAP and Oracle
• Good business acumen and hands-on team player
• Responsible, firm, analytical, proactive and strong sense of urgency
• Salary will commensurates with working experience and qualification

2. Assistant Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure brand awareness and positioning of company products
• Plan and execute all ATL and BTL promotional materials
• Needs to have a flair with creating onair advertisements
• Execute and coordinate events
• Create and manage profitable business partnerships
• Administer promotional content online
• Drive subscription and revenue for company products locally and internationally

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in marketing & A & P in the service industry
• Diploma or Degree holder in Business and Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, E-Commerce or related
media field
• Effectively bilingual (Chinese and English)
• Able to read and write/type in Chinese
• Knowledge of using the Internet and digital media would be an advantage
• Able to handle stress and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Independent and yet a team player

3. Retail Sales Assistants/Supervisor (Urgent/Orchard)

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ""N"" level with at least 1 years of working experience in retail / service industry. Those
without valid qualifications but possess relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.
• A professional image with good sales presentation skills and team spirit
• Strong charisma with the ability to build rapport with customers, as well as good interpersonal skills and
telephone etiquette
• Applicants with experience in high end product/apparel preferred
• Must be willing to work long retail hours.
• Working location: Orchard
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (10.30am-7.30pm), Sat-Sun(11am-6pm) - Work 3 days rest 1 day.
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Salary:Basic ($1300-$1500) + Incentive ($400) + Individual comms.
• Applicants with more years of experience will be offered a senior position.
• Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice.

4. Site Supervisor (x10)

Responsibilities:
• To perform supervisory work onboard vessel
• Liaise with suppliers and clients on project requirements
• Site co-ordination and monitor project schedule

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE �O� Levels with Safety Supervisor Certificate
• At least 2 years relevant industrial experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Preferably possess own vehicle
• Self-motivated team player with initiative
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and details
• Possess good planning and coordinating skills
• An independent individual who works well under pressure
• Salary up to $2000
• Singaporean, PR holder or Malaysian are welcome to apply

5. Marketing Executives

Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in the marketing & development of Homeland Security business
• Build and maintain good relationships with various principals & customers
• Interest in local defence & security industry
• Keep abreast of market development trends and product innovations

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team player with positive work attitude, high EQ and interpersonal skills
• Salary: $1600 - $2000 for Diploma and $2000 - $2600 for Degree holders.
• Salary commensurates with working experience and qualification
• Working Location : West on a 5 days work week

6. Shipping Clerk/Assistant(5.5 days/Pandan Loop)

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with data entry and correspondence
• Processing Purchase Orders and co-ordinate on incoming shipments
• Handling inventory control and product costing
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Processing quotations, follow-up on orders and confirmations, answering to enquiries and liaising with
suppliers and clients
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE O levels with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of LC documentation a definite advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English, similar grasp of Mandarin would be advantageous
• Familiar with shipping documentation such as import and export documents, invoicing and packing list and
Bill of Lading
• Experienced in liaising with freight forwarders
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Has good organizational and communication skills, is reliable, resourceful and initiative
• A good team player able to interact with people from all levels
• An independent individual who works well under pressure
• Must be willing to work in Pandan Loop and commit to a 5.5 day work week
• Singaporeans, PR Holders and Malaysians are welcome to apply

7. Circulation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide operations support to the circulation department
• Handle subscribers/readers hotlines
• Liaise with newspaper vendors and route contractors

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in related discipline
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Effective telephone etiquette & good communication skills are essential

8. Senior/Customer Service Executives (x2)
----------------------------------------------
Responsibilities:

• Handle clients� enquires and ad booking over the phone
• Handle complaints, queries and daily operational issues

Requirements:

• Possess at least O / A/ Diploma in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant customer service experience
• Those with prior working experience or currently working in advertising agencies / media industry will be
preferred
• Good PC knowledge is essential
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Fast & accurate with good telephone etiquette
• Salary range - $1500 to 2151 for executive level and up to $3000 for senior executive level
