E Edwinie Member Apr 26, 2011 #2 the rice is cooked already and there's vinegar in it. choose those cooked ones like unagi or crab meat and egg. i don't think cold is a factor for bacteria.. i still eat cold sandwiches. subway veges are chilled too. (i ate sashimi when i was pregnant. it's a risk to take, and i don't recommend. i ate a few bites. too tempting. lol! lucky nothing happen.)

C crazycat Member Apr 28, 2011 #3 :embarrassed: sushi on the belt is very hard to resist! so i made my own... ... get some cooked eel, and jap stuff to add in.... cheap and better then those on the belt...
