My baby is 2 and fully potty trained. She pees alot and when she does she pushes like she is pooping but only pees. She complained her pepe hurt so i looked and its red. Since its sunday i have to wait till morning to make a appt. Does anyone knkw if this is a uti? Or bladder infection? She wont let me help her wipe so i think she could be wipeing wrong or something.
