Same experience wif mine CL who are from PEM.
juz like playing trick, that's y I said those agencies are same as not reliable, in another word those CL are not professional and very low morale n their work ethic..
simply not happy then juz acting sick and making problem for reason to leave...
We had bad experience with PEM staff service and their nanny performance...
if those nannies work in my organization, wif such service attitude sure will ask to leave... We as parent have no choice and bad luck to engage such poor standard nanny services, we juz have to bear wif it to the end of...

Got the first CL, but being ask to replace juz after a few days.. Then on second CL, better but more can be improve...
For me our requirement are simple, but seem like so difficult for the CL to adjust.. Think like they are always right..

Dont be fool by the marketing stunt and crap u see on Internet.. Only those who really experienced it will truly know the actual / truth of PEM front line staff and their so call professionally trained nanny...
