those whose parents tat are born betw 1943 - 1948 will know of this shop tat sells good quality tcm~~~and mostly cantonese speaking pple there......u walk along tat street can smell the medicine smell immediately le~~~

other den tat is Eu Yan Sang lor.....

actu hw frequently shd we take birdnest in order to have the "effect"?? during pregnancy i'm taking 1-2 per week.... even during confinement also can take ah??

If you are talking about the good grade ones, taking it once a week is more than sufficient.
During confinement, you can stop ... so that your body can absorb the more critical nutrients.
After that, taking it once every fortnight is more than sufficient.
