the osim belt does help in tightening but gonna wear long periods.

i only managed to slim down by using the anti cellulites cream

i m not sure about after c-sect when can use lehhhhh

I tried using gridle after my confinement... but very warm and uncomfortable, cannot tahan so gave up wearing it after a while. Also mobility is reduced as mine is from under the boobs until the top part of the hips... it makes it very difficult to look after bb.
