Good boss n salary,
My last one was a killer but oso a top head & brilliant performer (more power some more than her males counterpart). But 'good' label is oso a bit off for her since she's v demanding n rude though she takes good care of you (if she likes you)
So sometimes you need to define good..

To me having a good boss that you can look up too is v important
