were you late? they quite particular one ! i was late 10 min for my 2nd visit, then i have to wait for another 15 min for my turn.

I think sat a lot of pple bah, wkend mah!
I usually visit when i'm on leave (reach there at 10am, no pple one) or Fri evening (wait 5-10 mins).

Me go once a wk or slightly more than a wk. ie. this mon went , my next appt is next thur, 7pm.

no...i wasn't late.....my appt is 2pm, i reach there at 1.55pm...but i waited till 2.45pm then my turn....ZZZzzZZZzzZZZzzz......

i dun wanna waste my leave lehhhh....i left 3days to clear this year.....kekekekeee......

mine horr...when i was eating seeing my western gynae, my temperature nv increase dee...she say its my honomes......tat time, i monitor for 6mths, nv see anyting....oso no discharge during ovulation..i drank grapefruit juice evyday lehhh, they say it will help to make the discharge more visible...but i still canot SEE ANYTING!!!!! gave up after drinking for 3mths.... ZZZzZZZZ!!!!!!!!!


so i hope the TCM med, will help me yaaaa......started taking again for this cycle.......

My hubby and I had done all necessary tests and we are okay. The point is, I went to TCM before for other issues and was told that my body weak and so on so the chinese doctor did mention that it is important that the woman tiao her body so that the child will be more healthy.

Now, my question is, if I am not going for fertilty issues but to tiao my body according to whatever that is weak, do I go to these specialist TCM or those ordinary TCM will do?

over here, we'r going to those fertity TCM.......other ladies went n strike...so they commented tat the particular TCM is good......

in my opinion, maybe a fertity TCM is better than the normal one cos they will target at ur fertity issue n tiao ur body n they specialise in this area.....whereas the normal TCM, gif u general med???? ---erm, me not very sure abt it, its my "feeling" only........

she has tried for abt 3years++, went TCM, went TMC, did wadever she can n finally she strike wif the help of CC ......she told me tat her bro oso went to see CC n his wife strike too...tats y her bro recommended her to see CC n she strike...

she was oso telling me abt CC n ask if i wanna see him...she's full praises of him.......

She charged me $61 leh! Think the person charge me wrongly bah cos the light brown medical for 2X more than the dark brown one... so shd be more costly. Think the person maning the counter not very sure...

i went to Dr Zou yesterday. She chng my medicine to the dark brown one again. So i only need to take 1 pkt 2 times per day. Was being charged $81 this time cos i request for 8 days medicine since i'll only be seeing her next fri then.
Usually she only give us 5 days medicine + acuputure = $61.
I check w the cashier how much the med, he say per day is abt $7 for the dark brown med.

Me D15 today! ya.. you should use OPK to tell if you ovaluate or not.. I've to rely on OPK too. Last month i never ovulate ! I also dont't never Cevical Mucus one.. so i very diff to detect my ovulation..

Today i'm gog to BD too... cos my temp drop a bit too..

I nv ask her when i'm ovulating but i ask her abt the bbt table she ask me to show her...She say my temp is gd n when there is a spike (upward) means i've already ovulated. So she really also can't pin point which day i'll ovulate...:err:

for eg, normally ur temp is 36.4 ....so if 1 day, u take it suddenly increase to 36.9, means u'r ovulating soon...she say i've to do it on tat nite, then on alternate days until the temp drops back to normal........

she oso say abt OPK...i can use it if i wanna double confirm n dun mind spending $ lohhh...she say once it's positive, same ting, do it at nite n on alternate days...

i got ask her abt the timing, izzi true tat if u do it in the morn or noon, chances r higher as compare to nite time, she say its not true.....ovulation happen anytime of the day.....so the key is to catch the right timing.....

oooh yaaa...she oso told me tat ur thermometer is much more accurate if it has 2 decimal point irregardless if u'r using those put inside mouth or ear type deeee.....

mine is only 1 decimal point deee....kekekekekee~

So i show her my this my BBT chart (which is only D18/19), she will base on that to see if the med works on u or not. She say my temp is ok.. so ask me to drink the dark brown med le...
She used to say i'll ovulate very late cos my circle is very long (40-60 days) but then my last AF report on D35 so she say med is regulate my circle le...
So i believed she based on the BBT chart + my last AF circle to guage my "O" period le.
My OPK is still -ve leh till today, D21 le.
