Hi all mummies, I am back. I am 16+ weeks now, no more ms and feel more comfortable now. Last week, I had flu also, but I let it recover by itself, I don't dare to take any medicine, drink more water and rest more will help. For those who having cough, it is advisable to eat bird nest, it is really effective for my case. These few days, when I lay down on bed, I can feel a "hard ball" in my tummy, it's baby!!! Do you have the same feel as me?

Yes, it helps. It taught by my grandma and it is effective for myself and my sister. After my 12 weeks, I drink bird nest + 'pao Shen' + a little ' dong Cong chao' every week, my mum in law said it is good for preggy.

Hey Lyra, still posting at 11:45pm yesterday. Thought preggy should sleep earlier. I am not working since I am pregnant, I have a lot of time to rest at home, I always go to bed at 11 something too, probably fall asleep after 12:00am. Then, wake up at 09:30am. Not sure this is healthy sleeping time or not. But I can't have a good sleep over the nights, turn left then right many times, wake up for pee, think this and that, dream a lot too. Not sure if you guys can sleep tight, please share.

Sometimes my elder one fussy until 11pm then sleep so can only post late. Haha. After taking care of him, I'm usually dead beat so I can sleep very well at night except waking once to pee... N he will also ask for night feed. Then I fall back to sleep immediately. If need to care for a number one, mothers can't relax as well as first preg.

Same. I only can have a good sleep for at most 3 hours after that I can't sleep well. Flip to the left not comfortable flip to right side not good for the baby. Flip and flip the whole night and when it's almost 5am I need to go to the toilet and hardly can go back to sleep cus i'm waking up at 6.30 for work. Sometimes having weird vivid dreams also. Ahhhhhhhhh... :(
